Quality
The company is fully committed to the implementation of its quality policy and operates its quality system to BS EN ISO9001:2000. CLE is also accredited to AS9100 which was awarded in October 2009. These quality standards are annually audited by BSI.
The inspection department is headed up by a team of 3 full time quality personnel working alongside our production employees.
We operate quality systems that include full 1st off inspection reports, in production quality control inspection, backed up by random production patrol inspection.
Production is supported by 3D modelling and simulating software whilst inspection is supported by CNC co-ordinate measuring machines. Our strategy of continual improvement to the processes controlling quality ensures that customers receive a sustainable quality product.
