The accreditation was achieved and is audited by BSI. The inspection department is headed up by a team of 2 full time inspectors working alongside our production employees.
We operate quality systems that include full 1st off inspection reports, in production quality control inspection, backed up by random production patrol inspection.
Production is supported by 3D modelling and simulating software whilst inspection is supported by CNC co-ordinate measuring machines. Our strategy of continual improvement to the processes controlling quality ensures that customers receive a sustainable quality product. Alongside our ISO 9001 accreditation the company is working towards achieving the AS9100 standard.
